The Deluxe Double Room was cozy with a nice shower and free toiletries. I loved the quiet street view from the window. There was a flat-screen TV and a minibar too. Very tasty breakfast and snacks on demand made it even better. Plus, I enjoyed the balcony. Diego was super helpful and friendly all the time.

Breakfast served by friendly staff was a delight, and the fruit juice was nothing short of a tropical fiesta! The hotel's modern decor was super comfortable, making our stay feel like a cozy retreat in Filandia's heart.

The check-in clerk was efficient but a bit on the chilly side. while he handled everything right, I could've used a warmer welcome to kick off my culinary adventure.

The Deluxe Double Room was awesome! The bed was super comfy, and the modern bathroom had a nice shower with great toiletries. Plus, there were plenty of hangers and storage space, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious, and I loved that I could request snacks anytime. Just wish the TV had more channels.
